Once again, Nigeria has a new case of security service barbarity as police were caught on tape killing an unarmed citizen.
It is unsure where this happened, though it appears to have been in Benin city earlier this week.
The Nigerian police have said they will be investigating and implored the public send any information they have on the horrific event.
