More exposure of controversial Code of Conduct Tribunal judge Danladi Umar who has failed to step-down in spite of an ongoing N10 million bribe investigation, paints the judge in very disturbing light.

Danladi Umar while being tackled during the Saraki case admitted or claimed to have made an error when he set APC’s TInubu free, stating that he used the wrong, outdated constitution.

Read from Vanguard of March 2016:

However, Justice Umar admitted that the tribunal took an erroneous decision in a similar case that involved the former governor of Lagos State and National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ahmed Bola Tinubu.

He said: “The tribunal has since realised that the decision it made on the case between FRN vs Tinubu was in error and has clearly departed from it.”Read more at: https://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/03/alleged-false-declaration-cct-declines-quash-charge-saraki/

Justice Danladi said he accidentally or erroneously used the 1979 constitution in setting Tinubu free, instead of the 1999 constitution.

Nigeria clearly is under a cut-and-sew, for hire Code of Conduct Tribunal leadership.
