As Africa turns a page to new leadership, the relentless diehard old goon cabal have made attempts at the lives of two new leaders, the 42 year old loved Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, and at Robert Mugabe’s successor, Emmerson Mnangagwa.
Both attempts failed to kill the two leaders.
In Ethiopia, people in the crown reportedly pulled down the hand of the assassin which diverted the bomb, leaving some in the crowd injured.

The bomb attack occurred at a massive rally in support of Ethiopia’s new and young reformist leader who was dressed simply in a T-shirt.

In Zimbabwe, the assassin at a rally in Bulawayo, got close enough and tossed the grenade which landed inches from Mr. Mnangagwa but failed to kill him, leaving at least 45 injured.
This afternoon, as we were leaving a wonderful rally in Bulawayo, there was an explosion on the stage. Several people were affected by the blast, and I have already been to visit them in the hospital.

Zimbabwe’s Vice president is recovering in “strong spirits” after sustaining leg injury form the cowardly attack.

Mr Mnangagwa came to power last November, ousting former dictator Robert Mugabe.
New and young leadership waves are taking over across the world and Africa as disgruntled citizens are getting tired of the old cabal who have kept African nations bogged down with retarded growth.
