Plans by APC chieftains and Army to compromise Presidential elections in Bayelsa leaked.

A source who wants to remain anonymous, has hinted about plans by the Bayelsa State chapter of the All Progressives Congress(APC), to rig tomorrow’s Presidential and National Assembly elections in the state, with the use of the military.

The source mentioned former Governor Timipre Sylva, Senator Lokpobiri, and one David Lion as the arrowheads of the plot.

Read full revelation below:

For my safety and that of my family members, I choose to remain anonymous. I am an APC chieftain in my LGA and have served the party faithfully since 2014. I lost my younger brother, my only surviving biological brother to election violence during the 2015 elections in Bayelsa.

A painful loss indeed and one I will forever live with. I knew what happened to him yet I chose to remain in the party believing that I was doing the right thing.

Two days ago, I was called for briefing. On getting to the venue somewhere at Igbonene, precisely in David Lion’s compound, I saw some members of the party gathered in a cluster.

Excited that it could be the distribution of election mobilisation funds, I hurriedly approached only to find out that they were watching a video from a phone. In the video I saw Timipre Sylva, Lokpobiri, David Lion and one other person whom I later found out was one Col. Wase, Commander of 5 Battalion in Yenagoa who resides and operates from Elele Barracks and reports directly to the GOC, 6th Division, Port Harcourt.

In the video which we were not allowed to copy, Col. Wase was briefing them on how he had concluded plans to use his officers and men to rig the elections in Yenagoa, Southern Ijaw, Nembe and Brass LGAs. Col. I also heard him say that he had instructions from the GOC to do everything possible for the APC leaders in the state to succeed.

This video was shown to us to convince us of the army’s total support, that our victory is already sealed and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. That’s why if you are really observant, you would have noticed jubilations from our party members since Wednesday night.

I have come to terms with the fact nothing can bring back my brother but the pain of his loss will not allow me see another person go the way he did.

Many will die in Bayelsa if this plan hatches. I can only do my bit to reveal it. The rest is to whom in may concern.
